We offer all of our clients’ complimentary lifetime concierge service.

After adopting one of our fine Havanese puppies, our relationship does not end, rather, it just begins.

Clients are encouraged to contact us with any questions or concerns they may have with the training and rearing of their puppy as well as those issues that may arise beyond puppy hood.

If we do not have the answers, we will make it our mission to find that answer, so you can rest assured that you will be supported every step of the way.

We also offer a special vacation service for clients who are interested in having their companion join them on vacation or business.   We will provide you with a list of pet friendly hotels, resorts and rentals, for your designated area of travel. 

Valet Services

Personal Puppy Shopper: Are you concerned about being prepared for your new Havanese puppy? Busy? Let me do the shopping for you. I know where to go to get the items you will need to set up for your new puppy. I can personalize this service based on your preferences, needs and budget. We like to say that we will have their luggage packed and ready for their journey home. A $100*fee applies for this service. You must also pay for the supplies, a receipt will be provided, when you pick up your puppy.

Elite Puppy shopper package: Do you want only the best? Custom designed couture, bracelets, designer collars, leashes, carry bags and beds. The finest Luxury supplies and high end fashions available for those with discriminating taste. This is a Cyber shopping experience. Allow me to find high quality, unique items for your pampered puppy. I present these items to you via the internet, for your approval. Would you like something specific? Let me do the work for you. This saves you time yet allows you to have complete control over the choice of designer, their designs and the patterns of your puppy's items.

Delivery Service: If you would like, you are most welcome to visit us in our home and choose your puppy in person. When your puppy reaches 8 to 10 weeks of age, you can then elect to have your puppy delivered to your door. We trust Gateway Limousine Inc., for the finest service. 

Personal delivery: Cape Cod, Mass. Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard, Port Jefferson, NY East Hampton, NY. Subject to availability, please inquire for details.

Personal Delivery via Jet: Your puppy flies in-cabin with me and is hand delivered to you at the nearest airport. Subject to availability, please inquire for details.

You may choose to combine this with our Personal Puppy Shopper Service. This way we not only deliver your puppy but your puppy's "luggage" as well. Fee applies to the use of this additional service.

This service is currently only available for Connecticut and New York City. Average cost is $250 for NYC; rates vary for in state delivery. This is subject to availability. Rates subject to change. Inquire for details.

In home evaluations: Not sure you are on the right track? Having issues and not sure of what to do? Would you like me to come to your home and discuss in person training recommendations in order to resolve and reconnect? I am available by appointment for in home consultations. This service is only available to existing Renaissance Havanese clients. Fees are based on travel costs. Inquire for further details.

ATTENTION ALLERGY SUFFERERS

If you or someone you love suffers from allergies and are afraid of making a commitment to owning a Havanese puppy for fear that it may not work out. Then our Allergy Agreement may be of interest to you.

You may have been told that no dog is 100% hypoallergenic and though the Havanese is popular among allergy sufferers, it is true that some highly sensitive people can still have a reaction.  We have successfully placed our Havanese puppies with families that have never thought they could own a dog. One such family has a child who suffers from allergy induced asthma, so it was extremely important that they had a back up plan had their son shown an intolerance to the dog.

I have a child with asthma and a husband with pet allergy induced asthma. Obviously, our Havanese dogs are not a trigger. Other dogs however, are and so while my husband can have a little Havanese puppy sleeping on his pillow at night, he cannot be in the same house of someone who owns a shedding dog without suffering from an asthma attack.

That said, we believe that no animal lover should have to forgo the wonderful companionship that a Havanese dog has to offer. Our family certainly wouldn't want to.

Certain restrictions apply,  please inquire for further details regarding our Renaissance Havanese Allergy Agreement and learn how you can return your puppy should you not be able to keep them due to an allergy.

We want everyone to understand that our family cares about our clients and our puppies. We are fair, honest and realistic. When we think about how we would like to be treated, we know that offering you more than just a puppy is what really makes a difference today.
